Realty Development employees were very professional and courteous. This was important to us since my wife home schools two of our children, so they were at home during the construction of our addition. The construction process became the subject of my son’s science fair project that year.

The construction process had very little effect on our day to day life, even though it took place in the dead of winter. It even snowed the day the modules arrived. We were able to limit the amount of heat loss by first breaking through in a closet area, so we immediately had a door between the main house and the initially unheated addition. It worked out really well, the girls could not use their bedroom for only one or two nights during the entire construction process.

The construction process was very quick. Ground was first broken right before Thanksgiving, the foundation was poured at the end of November, the addition was positioned in place mid December and we occupied the addition in mid January.
